Our Ethical Approach

We will not operate outside the laws of the country in which we are working.

We will not undertake an instruction unless we are confident that it is within our capabilities. We would prefer to lose the fee and refer the client to another organisation rather than risk our hard-earned reputation.

Code of Conduct

The Company, its staff, associates and affiliates shall, at all times:

Conduct all matters with integrity and within acceptable legal, professional and moral guidelines.

Require a client's undertaking that all information provided by the company is for lawful use only.

Require that all employees and others assisting them in related work abide by the company's Code of Ethics.

Assist all regulatory and legal authorities when required to do so by law.

Only undertake instructions in matters for which they are qualified and/or competent Not misrepresent, exaggerate or falsify the activities and services of the Company.

Protect the good reputation of the Company, its clients, associates and affiliates.

Deal professionally in all matters with discretion, courtesy and confidentiality.

Not show any prejudice to any party by reason of race, colour, religion, sex, handicap, sexual preference or national origin.

Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements within their operational jurisdiction.
